Charm Bar Policy

All Charm Bar items are Final Sale. Custom charm selections are made by you and assembled by our team, so they cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns. We do not issue refunds. Once an order has been placed, it is considered final.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@coastalcharm.co with your order number and reason for exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges.

Repairs & Breakage

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your jewelry breaks within the first 6 months of purchase, you may return it to us for a complimentary repair. Beyond 6 months, a repair fee of $15 will apply (shipping not included). Please reach out to info@coastalcharm.co to arrange a repair request.
